He was CEO at UTI Securities and BNP Paribas Equities and CMD of
Sentient Advisors (P) Ltd. Mr. M.K. Khanna has handled a large number of Private Equity
placements and was involved with Debt Syndication, Research, IPOs, M&As and
privatizations. Mr. Khanna brings with him a large and extended network of relationships
with corporates, financial institutions, securities industry players, MFs, FIIs and Private
Equity funds.
